Allow public to view comments in Knowledge Base

I see that the Knowledge BAse has recently added comments.  
(found via this thread)

I have noticed however that the comments section is private.  


Would it be possible to add an option to enable or disable this feature?  Personally I need people to be able to comment on the KNowledgebase and have the comments show up publically.  I see why you have done it this way however and it is quite clever and probably helpful for other use cases.

Hello,
Now you are able to select 2 modes for Knowledge Base:
1. Everybody can comment on it and everybody are able to see all comments
2. Everybody can comment but author and staff only are able to see this comments.
The option is available in your Knowledge Base settings.
