Filtering domain names when creating account

I noticed that when you create your "project" then you cannot use dashes in the subdomain name. However this is common and in our case it's even part of the company name.

In short "ex-ample.userecho.com" should be valid but is not.

We are using dashes for some our internal features. That's why we do not allow it in the subdomain name.

if you use your own domain name it doesn't matter what alias you have, because users will see your domain only.

If it's so critical for you we can change your alias, but it can cause some problem if you will change your project settings.

I agree that it's not essential but I am still surprised that you don't allow for this. It's not very important though and I was sure it was just a filtering issue.
