New layout & CSS seems to blur & over-bold text.

I am not sure if this is happening for everyone, but it appears that a new layout as well as text overbold/blurring is occurring on our live site. I've attached a photo of the type of thing we're seeing.

Windows 7 Professional 64-bit - service pack 1
Chrome Version 43.0.2357.130 m

Thanks for the response. It's on my local machine and I am afraid I cannot provide you any link. Seems fine but the intended weight is not like this as in the second image.

So seems that your request not related to the UserEcho service? Can you provide at least fullscreen screenshot?
