Default status set to a new topic after first reply

It seems to me that when an administrator posts his first reply to a new user topic,
then the status is automatically switched from "NONE" to "UNDER REVIEW"
(and after the admin can switch the status to another one through a next agent action).

1) Is there a way to directly set another new status along with writing the admin first reply?

2) Is there a parameter to change this default automatic new status in the settings of the community?
(for instance to set to "NONE" in order to avoid any automatic status change)
If not, this new parameter would be welcome.
