Attach logs as zip file

Hi, is it possible to attach a zip file to a request?  Our software allows for generation of a log locally on the machine that users can provide to aid with troubleshooting.  We need this in place for the system to be usable for bug reporting.

strange..I have the same version and "attach" is a dead link for me

 We have realized the problem. Only administrators are able to upload files (images available for all users). Perhaps you are not authorized in FireFox.
We have hidden this button for non-administrators.
Do you need this option for users?

Yes, absolutely.  Users are the ones who will be running the software and will need to generate logs on their machine and upload the files to us.  It would be fantastic if we could enable it for all.
