Replying without changing status

While replying to a topic, the topic changes to UNDER REVIEW by default, and there's no way to leave it as is, without a status.

Also, there's no way to remove the status afterwards:

The main idea of this, to give user info that support staff start working on his request. And optimise and remove one additional step to set initial status. Also this give more structured community content, you don't need to review the same topics again and again. Because only new topics will be without status.

That's OK, and that's handy because most of the time that's what you want. But sometimes you e.g. just want to ask a question, and don't want to mark the topic as UNDER REVIEW. I think there should be an option to not change the status, like there was before - a NONE option.

We've added "NONE" to the statuses and in status list in the comment reply.
Now you can select "NONE" if you do not want to set status to the topic.
By default it will be forced to the "UNDER REVIEW"!
