Anonymous visitors listed on the team page

Hello,

Recently, the /team subpage of a UserEcho project (displaying "Top contributors", "Top commenters" and "New faces") has changed: now the Anonymous are no longer listed in the third column (New faces).

In a sense, it's true: anonymous aren't "new faces" ;-)

But on the other hand, for a project allowing anonymous visitors (and anonymous votes) it was a interesting information to make publicly visible these new "anonymous" visits on this stat page.

Wouldn't it be possible:

  1. To rename the column "New visitors" and keep the Anonymous listed in it?
  2. Maybe enable this "New visitors" column instead of "New faces" automatically for project allowing anonymous vote... Or make it a manual setting to activate in the Agent interface?

Hello Ryann,

Actually we do not show anonymous there for a long time. This is not a recently changes.

So, we think we have to leave this question on review to see what other users think about it.

Hello,

You are right. We had an anonymous in the new faces. But you have to know that this anonymous not just a visitor. This user have done some action (vote, comment, topic, etc)

So, we've reverted that functionality. Now you can see Anonymous in your team's page.

Yes, you are right. This Anonymous is more than a "New visitor".

My suggestion was not exact. Maybe should I have said "New contributor".

Oh? That's great.

Yes, I can confirm that Anonymous "contributors" of less than a couple of minutes are back in the listing!

Many thanks

Hi,

OK I understand the preference to implement supported features, that's normal :-)

But, something has really changed recently since I'm sure we could see Anonymous items in the column "New faces" of our web site not so long ago... let's say during last January or last December...
