When moving a topic from one project to another, if you have a large number of projects it is difficult to find the right project.

Is it possible to use the same drop down box as selecting the project when using the Agent filters?

Hello Shane,

Do you want to have an icon before the forum name or you want something else?

Hi Vladimir,

As it is an backend administrative thing, I don't think it's necessary to have icons to make it pretty, just make it easy to find the right project.

I think the same thing should apply to the categories drop down list in the same dialog box.

Shane, I am sorry. I cannot understand what exact you want from Agent interface?

Could you do some screenshots from "moving a topic" and "Agent interface"?

Thank you.

Sure, happy to do that.

In the Agent interface, there is this option:

This brings up this dialog:

When you drop down the Forums list, it can get difficult to use.

It would be nicer if it was like the Filter Source list:

The same for the list of categories:

In the filter - the list of categories looks like this:

There are potentially a LOT of categories, even in one forum, so the ability to Search for a category in that forum when you move the topic could save a lot of administrative nightmare.

As you probably know, customers often don't know how to categorise something so you end up moving the topic to a more appropriate place.

I hope this explanation helps.

Thank you! So, I see that the main problem is category selection. We will try to implement the same thilter to this categories as in "Agent interface".

We've improved the forum selector. The forums are separated by types.

Hi Vladimir, I can see the difference in the Forums drop down box already - that looks great!
