Feedback lost to spontaneous UI activity
There have been a few complaints about feedback lost because someone clicked in the wrong place. The same just happened to me. I was writing and (I think) I clicked in the "header" field. My post-in-progress was replaced by new search results for existing feedback. When I closed the popup box, thinking I was dismissing the search results, my whole text had gone.
How would you rate the customer service you received?

OK, if it's not a bug, then please consider it a suggestion for improving the UI to reduce POLA violations.

Hello Christian,
If you make changes to the the header field we try to find the same topics to prevent duplicates. If you do not see what you need you could click "Continue my topic" instead of close the form.
