I've been searching for a trouble ticket and feature request system for months. I finally found UserEcho and subscribed after one day into my trial. Great job! It has everything I was looking for and more!

BTW - I tried signing up for UserVoice before I found UserEcho and when I emailed them to inquire about pricing they said it was a minimum charge of $15,000 a year! Just thought I would mention it after I found this page - https://userecho.com/pricing/comparison/.
