User actions on tag labels?

Hello,

Currently, the tags defined for a community appear as colored labels on a topic thread, displayed for any reader (admin or user). And when the user hover the colored label, the cursor changes to an action cursor (hand):

• if you are an admin, a click allows you to remove the tag
• if you are a simple user, a click does nothing at all

Then why make the cursor change to "action cursor" for the simple user? Will there be any action possible?
