View Email Source option missing from helpdesk

There used to be an option to view the original email source of helpdesk ticket that originated from an email. 

I used the browser's developer tools, and the <a> tag to do that is still there, but it is empty and therefore invisible. Can that be restored? That was important in cases where an email was forwarded, and the forward content is not automatically put in the ticket.
