Alias to an article

Hi,

I have an article in the knoledge base with address like domainname.userecho.com/knowledge-bases/2/articles/some_very_long_article_name. Is there a way to create an alias for it, f.e. domainname.userecho.com/article_alias?

Hello,

If you would like to have some shorter URL you can use URL like https;//[domain]/topics/[your_topic_id]

It works for all types of topic (topics, articles, tickets, etc.)

Example: 

The URL https://feedback.userecho.com/topics/7913 will open the article https://feedback.userecho.com/en/knowledge-bases/10/articles/7913-how-to-reset-your-userecho-password
