When a customer provides a suggestion within the Community Forum, can UserEcho generate a unique, sequential, and alpha-numeric ID/tracking number for each new Idea added. This way we can link or reference the suggestion in external correspondence with our customers.

Actually each topic (doesn't matter if it's feedback, article, helpdesk request) already has an ID. You can see it on screenshot of this topic's link below.


This ID is unique for each topic.


Additionally, Helpdesk requests have Ticket IDs which unique for all Helpdesk requests only.

Is this enough for you or you want to see it somewhere else?
