Staying on the topic after moving it to another forum
It's really annoying that when I move a forum topic to helpdesk (or vice versa) I'm redirected back to the front page of my website instead of staying on that topic. In other words, I would rather want user echo to redirect me to the topic instead of the front page. This is not related to me not having permissions to see the topic in the new location.
How would you rate the customer service you received?
