Widget chat tab not opening

I decided to give the live chat a try, so I chose feedback & chat and updated my widget code.  The chat tab now displays above the text for my feedback widget.  The feedback widget still works, but when I click on the chat tab in multiple browsers - nothing happens.  It does not open or expand or popup or anything.
