Is there any way to see "Your Name" and "Your email (optional)" fields screen instead of "My name is..." in the chat widget?

Is there any way to see "Your Name" and "Your email (optional)" fields screen directly:

It is annoying to ask the most of our users to click on "My name is..." to set their name, since it doesn't look naturally clickable. It would be better just to directly ask for Name and Email.

Thank's fro suggestion, we consider to display input fields and buttons directly or will add option in settings so you will be able to choose between two options.
