iPhone mobile site: no elastic/rubber band scrolling

When you scroll a topic or a topic list that doesn't fit on the screen on an iPhone, the scroll area between the header and the "powered by UserEcho" footer doesn't scroll elastically.

Please add elastic/rubber band scrolling because this is not a good user experience at the moment.
