Allow SSO to assign or unassign user groups

When I use SSO login, I want to be able to tell UserEcho which groups the authenticated user belongs to. In my scenario, if a user changes to a paid plan, I want SSO to say that they belong to the 'Paid' group so that they get more votes, and when their plan runs out, I want SSO to say that the user no longer belongs to the 'Paid' group so that they get the normal amount of votes.
