Can you describe how integration should work?

For example :
1) Each new ticket in the UserEcho help desk will be auto-created in Asana

Yes. Exactly - every new ticket should go to predefined project in Asana in this structure:
- title: User echo ticket title
- description: User echo ticket URL

Above things are must have. Predefining one assignee for all such tasks would be nice to have.
