Integrate with external authentication provider

We are using UserEcho as a way to track feedback for our product – vizzlo.com. Some of our users legitimately complain that they need register for a second account to use the forums.

Is there a way to integrate UserEcho to external authentication providers? This way we could force our UserEcho instance to automatically authenticate Vizzlo users …

Wow, don't know how I overlooked this. Is there a way to mark the user as an agent?

You can add any user to the agents from your Project settings. Just add his email.
