Last update time for KB articles
It looks like KB articles does not have a last update time. I find it quite important though in order to see when changes were made.
Actually for most cases I'd say you can even get rid of the creation time since it matters more if an article was edited 1 week ago than if it was created 4 years ago.

Just awesome... I reported the issue and 1 hour later it's done... how can that be? Just a coincidence?
