Facebook UE Comunidad - feedback

I integrated the app with Facebook and was expecting it to say UE Comunidad as it does on another site I saw, but instead it says UE Feedback. 

How do I change this?

We see that you added forum "Test2" to Facebook, it's has English language as default, set it to Spanish
