I put the widget into my wordpress page. I tried the javascript both on the actual page and then in the theme. The widget will work, when you are in preview mode in wordpress. If I just go the page directly without viewing it from the edited preview page in wordperss, the widget will not show up. The div will show up as a placeholder, but the widget will not be there. Any ideas how to make it work with Wordpress?

I used the Widget in Page javascript.

Can you give me some more details on how to implement the SSO on my wordpress site? I'm still a bit confused. Do you have additional instructions that mention how to implement this? Thanks!

Implementation requires programming skills, so link that we provided before https://procentive.userecho.com/settings/features/sso/ includes all required info, but we going to simplify integration with Wordpress.

So we scheduled upgrade of our Wordpress plugin, in next version it will support Inline widget.

So you will able to inline Userecho block with SSO enabled.

Note it already support SSO for the popup widget on Wordpress.

We do have this widget on our page, however, we want the actual one "in" the page. This widget from what I can tell, only is a pop up from the side of the page. I want something that I can plug into the page that my customers can read without having to click a button.

We've checked your page. Seems liek you installed embedded widget but have some problem with it. Just want to let you know that you cannot install tab and ebbedded widget together. please remove one of them.

I added the widget to its own page. Widget Test

Is there any way that we can have it so that you don't have to be logged in to view it?

Hello,

All your forums are private. So, the are not available to basic user. You have to have access to see this content. That's why it require authorization.

If you want to show it to your clients who authenticated on your website and has access to the forum (widget) you can setup SSO authentication. So, the will see the forum without additional authentication.

More information are available here https://procentive.userecho.com/settings/features/sso/

But, anyway, if user doesn't have access to this forum he will not see forum's content.
