Wrong feedback types offered

I setup my forum with only topic type "Idea" enabled.

But when filling in "Submit new feedback" form,  I'm offered the disabled types only!  

Someone has an unwanted negative in the source code somewhere :-(

Hello Jason.
If Button labeled "Enable" - it is mean that item is DISABLED and you can ENABLE it.
If Button labeled "Disable" - it is mean that item is ENABLED and you can DISABLE it.

OK, thanks Vladamir. That makes sense, now you point it out.  Maybe it needs to say "enabled" in plain text next to the Disabled button, or something to make it more obvious.

Other first impressions: I'm on the free plan, and I just want to use UserEcho for idea prioritisation.  But I couldn't seem to delete the second private forum

Your second forum - is helpdesk forum. Your clients does not see it in right panel. Your clients can leave private feedback. See screenshot:

You will see these feedback in helpdesk forum. If do not want to use private feedback , we can delete helpdesk forum for you.
