Statistics > Overview not displaying

Hello,
Quite everytime, when entering the Agent Interface, and displaying the "Statistics > Overview" page, the graphics take a long long long time to display (the wheel turns turns turns) without any result.
Most of the time, I switch to "Staff Activity" and come back to "Overview"... And miracle: the graphics appear immediately.

Is there a bug? Or is it just a (very frequent) chance?

How would you rate the customer service you received?

Overview section call Google API to get some data about community pageviews, due to Google API calling rate limit this can cause timeouts, so we considering about do API calls with Google asynchronously or completely replace pageviews stats to our internal mechanism.
