Helpdesk comments vs. replies
Sorry if this has been answered before, I couldn't find a solutions to my questions in current threads:
As an admin I have several "private messages" in the Helpdesk forum. I can _comment_ on the posts, and I can _reply_ (which also allows me to set the status). If I comment, will the original poster see it? Or do I specifically have to reply to the private message to have the user see my response? I have only used comments and I'm wondering now if the users can see my responses at all.
The message at the top is pretty confusing; "Current feedback is visible only for owner and project administrators."
