I tried to upgrade my plan to a higher one, and now I am locked out of the administration console completely. This is extremely urgent for us.

Your project created by another user and you have no rights to manage project.
In your old plan this rights not applied. In the new plan this rights works.
We gave you access to the project management.
Unfortunately this still seems to be broken. I changed the email address linked to my facebook account, even after adding the new address to the "Staff" section, and it removed the admin console again. Is there a way to fix this?

We have applied permissions to Amelia. Normally, other admin from your project can do it.
