I can't add images when I reply to feedback on my site.

When I click the image icon it doesn't respond and then it will give an error message when I click the 2nd time -  out of memory at line 2.  And the third click it says - stack overflow at line 2.

Karenna is able to add images.

Kathy Lu browses to add and it adds the jpg file link only, not the image, so that it has to be clicked on to be viewed.

We all have the same rights as users/staff.  Can I change this somewhere?
