More robust Pivotal Tracker integration
Would be nice to see even some basic integration with Pivotal Tracker beyond simply listing UE tickets in the PT dashboard.

- Comments made in an 'External' PT ticket (A UE one) in PT should show up as comments in the UE ticket. Comment should be quoted and named as the user name in PT (Eg John said "blah blah").
- Comments made in a UE ticket that has a linked ticket in PT should cause at minimum a 'ping' comment in the PT ticket to alert PT users of an update from UE.
- Some basic ticket status mapping would be nice - Started, Closed status mapping sohuld be fairly simple.
