90% of my users access the site via Windows Phone, and experience is bad. They usually stop giving feedback because of this and really impacts the business.
Zendesk is tempting me a lot, has full support for mobiles. I'm sad to tell I will go there if this is not resolved soon.

Can I beta test it?
Concerning the full web interface, the initial suggestion by JDB would also be very welcome:
=> a visible text inviting the action, like his example snapshot
"Use the above buttons to vote"
(Or simply singular "Use the above button to vote", since by clicking the main vote counter, it leads to the help text "Click on the arrow to vote for or against".)
I think this would greatly increase the number of votes for new users.
