Allow multiple votes as an admin
Sometimes, the same suggestion appears twice or three times and to clean up the mess I would like to be able to delete the duplicate and manually add the votes from the deleted entries to the remaining.
Another scenario: often, my users suggest two things in the same item, one of which is a duplicate. I would like to be able to clean that.
