Use SSL (https) for custom domain

Is it possible to set up SSL (https) for a custom domain? E.g., feedback.example.com. (I'm aware that the example.userecho.com version of this could be accessed by https.)

I understand that we'd need to provide the certificate. Also, I wouldn't be surprised to find additional charges for a custom SSL, or that it would only be available at a higher payment tier.

How would you rate the customer service you received?

Sure it's possible,

  1. Provide us with SSL certificate for corresponding domain
  2. It will be cost +15$ monthly to your current service plan

Confirm here and we will add this additional feature to your account.

Sorry to revive that old thread. Is it still the case that there's an additional charge for TLS on a domain alias?

Hello Sven,

Yes, it does. You can find this information in our pricing, additional features section.

Hi, Sorry to revive an old thread but is it possible to force redirection from HTTP to HTTPS?

It looks like this has been enabled for my domain (although I notice not for your own (feedback.userecho.com)).

We do enable it for client's domains but do not feel we need it for ours right now. Will consider about it.
