Create Links to other Topics

Is there an easy way to create a Link to another topic? Right now i have to open a topic, copy the link from my browser and then paste it. It would be nice to create links by selecting one from other topics (for example drop down menu).

Is there a function like this?

Hello Marius,
It is pretty easy to open topic and copy link from the address line.
Some our clients have a lot of topics and their drop down menu will be too long in this case.
