Minor bug in "Submit new feedback" window

Following this steps it can be forced:
1. Fill in all the fields in the window except Description
2. Press button "Add feedback"
3. It notifies "This field is required"
4. Then you proceed to fill it in
5. Then it always notifies "Invalid Captcha" although it is correct
