Brightwood Adventure Problems

I can't complete help catniss search spooky hut. When I tap on the hut all it gives me is coins and stars. It won't go towards the task. And clean the detective agency.  Same problem.  Also clear rubber from tower.  Same thing.  I'm stuck on 1 out of 2 on all. Can someone help please?
