Change language for emails to administrator accounts

Hi guys. One of the administrators for our account (marty_dulberg@ncsu.edu) is getting the automated emails in Cyrillic rather than English. Is this a setting? I'm getting English emails. And I'd like to make sure that our users get English emails in the future.

Hello,
If user switch language using our language selector, system will update user's profile and then send notifications using selected language.



We have checked Martin's profile and replaced RU to EN language
