Widget is limited to 3 rows?
If I try to set more than 3 feedbacks to show on the widget it does into negative and shows only 1 row!

Hello can you give us link to the page with widget code installed? Then we will check and help you to solve your issue.

Ok after a couple of tries I could now set it to 10. But something is not consistent in your settings.
Sometimes it turns negative and sometimes it ignores what I type in. I'd suggest you test it more.
