non-safe-warning on feedback button in https

There is a problem with the Userecho button in a non html-5 enviroment. Then there is a link to http://html5shim.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/html5.js which causes a non-safe-warning. This happens when we do a hoover over the feedback button in our App
