Bug: "Customize" page too Wide for Small Screen Resolutions

My resolution right now is 1280x1024 ... sometimes I even use 1024x768

The "Customize Page" the help boxes gets cut off at these low resolutions... see pic attached Image 68

Customize used only by admins.
Forum support resolutions from 1024px;
Widget from 220px;

Anyway we consider how to fit all content in 1280 for admin part.

Simple fix for me... is to Zoom out on my Web Browser... I'm using Google Chrome.
