French translation largely updated

Hello,

Quite used to help in localizing several apps, and very motivated to have a user-interface fully translated for French communities, I just completed the current French translation of UserEcho.

It took quite a long time (to step from 40% to 100% translated text ;-)) but I would be glad to see the result and proofread my translation work.

Do you think there could be an integration of recently committed translations soon?

Go on developing this amazing tool guys!

What is the frequecy of translation updates ? There are some "major" strings that are not translated (example: "Praises", "Latest updates", "Popular topics", etc...)
