I can't get to the setup of my forum

I created a new community (energiemgmt) but I cannot see a link for 'settings'.

Maybe something gone wrong in the creation process?

Hello Richard.
You've had two accounts. One with the login and password, and the second via Twitter. We have combined these two accounts and gave access to the project.
