Can we skip the pop-up and go directly to the support community?
Some of our users are confused and we have directions for them if they go to the support community. Can we send them directly to the support community and skip the pop-up?

Just add
no_dialog:true,To your widget insertion code and users will be forwarded directly to the your support community. Give this info to your dev team.
