Add more admins

Hi guys, we're using the Base+ plan and have used up all our admins (10/10). Is there a simple way to add more admins? Sorry but I'm clicking the "upgrade" button and I'm all confused about the resulting page. 

How would you rate the customer service you received?

Hello Staffan, at this moment we have Universal service plan http://userecho.com/pricing/
it has per agent(admin) pricing and allow you to add new admins instantly.

We can switch your account to the Universal service plan.
Confirm it here.

Or we can increase limit of an allowed admins in your current account. It will be cost 15 USD for each additional admin.
