prevent sign out

I am launching UserEcho in a popup within my web application. The user is automatically signed in via SSO. I would like a way to hide the signout button for the user otherwise the signout link will redirect to my application's login page causing confusion that another instance of my web application can be launched within a popup.

A simpler fix would be if I do not let my users to signout.

Hello Vladimir,

Thank you for applying the custom css. How customizable the layout system is. Basically, I am looking for something like this
1. The topbar shows user name but no drop down (no user profile, notifications) and somehow the sidebar also not opens up (I am using popup view with 767px width)
2. The topbar also shows following links. clicking each opens shows relevant widgets.
a. Questions
b. Feature Requests (Ideas)
c. Knowledge base
