You changed something in the last several hours that broke the Page Title. If you look at the source of this page, you will find 
<head>
<title></title>

We added corresponding titles to all pages

Correction: the issue above seems to only apply to pages with list of topics - Dash, Forum topic list, etc. Doesn't apply to a topic page like this one

Any update on this one? <title></title> is still empty. Not a major issue but still...
