Let administrator choose category when moving to another forum

I have a lot of users submitting items to the wrong forum.  So I need to move them to the correct one.  When you do that, you are automatically redirected out of the agent interface (I don't know why), which makes it a hassle to go back, find that item and then choose the correct category for it.

Ideally admin should be able to choose a category when you move an issue to another forum

Now you are able to select category in the "change forum" window.

Tried it out, works fine.  Only one thing: after you move it, you are no longer in the agent interface but all of a sudden in a forum?  It should stay in the agent interface so I can accept the issue or not.
