Give users a list of top voted issues per project?

Now we have two section per project:

- Knowledge base (with all the categories)
- Recently updated feedback

Isn't it logical that users can see per project which issues have got the most votes?  Now they need to go into each category to check...

Great stuff!!!  The customisation system is really good and intuitive.  I should be able to do what I want with that!
