Replace popup textfield input with textarea
Ok, I will try to write my feedback now – why is that input field – I can’t see what I have written and my feedback is quite long. Text area should definitely be here instead.

We are having the same trouble: when answering customers feedbacks, most of the times our texts are much longer than the lines available in the text field. Therefore this makes it hard to manage properly the answers from the Administrators point of view (since we have to internally share comments so as to be supervised, as well as reedit comments before finally post them publicly).
2) Or make that the height is automatically grow the size of the text.
