Add staff label below Staff avatars (in comments).
It would be nice for people to know quickly which responses are from Staff. One easy and nice way to do this is to show the Staff label below Staff avatars. See image:

Experimenting with variants.
Seems that second(lowest) better.
I like the rounded corners on the Staff block in the second image, but I don't think the avatar should be covered up.
